Credits

Buy packages and use credits

A package is usually a bundle of prepaid lesson credits. Think of a credit like a lesson pass. When you buy a package, the matching credits appear on your account or rider profile.

  • Credits can usually be used only for matching lesson types.
  • Some credits belong to one rider; some may be account-wide.
  • Credits may have an expiry date.
  • If no eligible credit is available, the portal will ask for payment at checkout.
  • If you cancel inside the school's allowed window, eligible lesson credit is returned automatically.
05

Quick answers

Common questions

Do I need an account to book?

Yes. The account lets the school connect bookings, riders, forms, payments, credits, and memberships to the right customer.

Where do I see my credits?

Log in and open Memberships & Credits. You can see balances, expiry dates, active packages, memberships, and recent credit activity there.

Why can I not use a credit for this lesson?

The credit may be for a different rider, lesson type, package, school rule, or date range. If it looks wrong, contact the school so they can check the credit setup.

What if I cannot see any lesson times?

The school may not have opened online bookings for that lesson yet, the lesson may be full, or required rider details may be missing. Check rider forms first, then contact the school if you still need help.

Who do I contact about cancellation credits or lesson changes?

Contact the school directly. Stride provides the booking portal, but lesson policies, cancellation credits, make-up lessons, and schedule changes are managed by the school.

Need help?

Start with the school. Report portal issues here.

For lesson changes, cancellation credits, rider placement, and school policies, contact the school. If something in the portal seems broken, send a problem report so it can be investigated.
